Seth A. White is a sixth generation native of Northwest Arkansas and has called this community home his entire life. He completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana Wesleyan University where he was a Crossroads League All Conference performer and a Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete. His lifelong love for competition encouraged him to trade in his batting gloves for the court room.

Prior to representing victims, Seth worked at a reputable insurance defense firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. During that time, he tried multiple cases across the State of Arkansas. Obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients in each. Despite that success, the knowledge he gained from representing insurance companies compelled him to cross the aisle to fight for the People of Arkansas.

The fierceness of approaching the court room the same as hitting has led him to collect more than $15 million in verdicts or settlements-including a verdict for $1 million on a single case. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and serves on the Board of Governors for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

When he’s not fighting for his clients, you can find Seth spending time with his family, at a Razorback game, a heavy metal concert, or on the Northwest Arkansas Greenway.
