PAYTON SANDERS

Payton Sanders was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas where he graduated from Valley View High School. Growing up in the more rural part of the state and through encouragement from family and friends Payton became an avid outdoorsman and spent most of his time enjoying the outdoors of Arkansas.

After graduation from high school Payton attended the University of Arkansas where he graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Political Science, and a minor in legal studies. At this time Payton decided to stay in Fayetteville and attend the University of Arkansas School of Law where in 2020 he obtained his law degree. While clerking for local attorneys during law school Payton found his passion in the law area of Personal Injury.

Payton found that he wanted to practice law to assist those in need and who were not in a position to do so themselves. He has said, “I grew up traversing Arkansas in search of a good hunt, good fishing, or just a good view. The ducks didn’t always work, and fish didn’t always bite, but I always met good people wherever I went in the state. Too often those good people encountered difficulties with the law and were not able to get the help they needed. I made the decision to pursue a career in law when I was very young, to help alleviate the struggles people find themselves in, often through no fault of their own.”

Away from the office you can find Payton and his yellow lab, Paisley, making any excuse to get outside and appreciate the natural beauty we Arkansans are blessed with. Some of his favorites are hunting, fishing, hiking or just spending time on any of the many lakes, rivers and streams across this great state. Payton is also a devoted Razorback fan and can be found cheering on the Hogs at any football, baseball or basketball game.
